We also offer appliance warranty cover and TV and home cinema warranties.
We have a fantastic first fix ratio of over 95% and more manufacturer repairs than the majority of other service providers.
If customers need repairs they will have access to over 3000 engineers nationwide.
We aim to reach customers in as little as 4 hours and our tradesmen are guaranteed to turn up when they are supposed to.
We always use new parts for repairs direct from manufacturers we work with Viessman - Potterton - Bosch - Glow worm - Beko - Hot Point - LG - Logik - Creda - Artison - Baxi - Ideal and many more.
We guarantee manufacture parts and engineers for all of these brands.
With a 24|7 Home Rescue plan all costs are included.
The price is fixed for two years even if the customer has made a claim.
We have a flexible monthly contract plan to encourage new customers.
There will be no hidden labour fees - call out charges or additional charges for parts.
If customers have an emergency we have a UK based helpline on hand 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Boiler and Central Heating cover plans start from as little as £6.00 a month with excess[1] Many cover plans include unlimited 24 hour call outs as standard.
Landlord cover plans start at £4.99 with no excess ranging to £15.99 with £75 excess[1] Our Landlord cover plans offer multiple property discounts.
Standard and premium policies come complete with free boiler service and gas safety (CP12) certificate which can be a fixed price for two years.
Home emergancy cover plans start at £5.00 month with £40 excess[1] and go up to £10.25 a month with £40 excess[1]
Home emergency cover provides protection from pest infestations - plumbing breakdowns - electrical emergencies - security incidents and drainage problems.
Single Appliance Cover ranging from £4.80-£20 a month with no excess or multiple appliance cover starting at £9.75 a month with £40 excess[1] going to £13.50 a month with £40 excess[1].
Cover protects washing machines - fridge freezers - tumble dryers and dishwashers.
